Job Title: Contract Administrator

The role of a Contract Administrator has arisen within our organization due to continued success in the open tender market.

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing, collating, and evaluating tender documentation, including awards and subcontractor packages.
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations management.
  • Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts.
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims.
  • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
  • Administration of the project HSE system.

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia, within the fitout and refurbishment space.
  • Intermediate-level Contracts Administrators are welcome to apply.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management are preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
  • Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
