Tetra Tech International Development is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to contribute to building strong, collaborative partnerships in a flexible and positive work environment. The successful candidate will assist our business to deliver on its strategy through effective, efficient, and high-quality business partnering and operational support.
About the Role
- Coordinate the delivery of HR functions aligned to the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
- Manage positive relationships with stakeholders and teams, including external and internal clients and consultants, to drive business results.
- Develop and implement recruitment programs and initiatives that support and promote a culture of delivering commercial results.
- Support and advise program leaders through coaching, crisis management, and strategic partnering to enhance employee engagement and team performance.
- Contribute to business development activities, leveraging expertise to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field, or a combination of equivalent experience and training.
- Demonstrated quality experience in HR, with a strong working knowledge of employment legislation and multiple human resource disciplines.
- Proven business partner experience, excelling in client management and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on delivering commercial results.
