About People and Capability Administration Officer Role
This HR administration role is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic team and support important human resources functions and processes.
Responsibilities include administrative tasks with the HR team, working closely with internal managers and employees, and maintaining compliance for all employee security requirements.
Key responsibilities include drafting employment contracts, coordinating new starter documentation, creation of personnel files, processing internal contract variations, and providing support to the People and Capability team.
