Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and motivated professional to fill the People & Culture Coordinator position. In this role, you will provide administrative support across all areas of activity within the team.

About the Position:
  • Provide high-level administration of all HR-related processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of a Health and Wellbeing Program, promoting employee engagement and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
  • Assist with daily activities of the team, including recruitment, onboarding, correspondence, probation, performance reviews, remuneration surveys, wellbeing initiatives, and exit processes.
  • Undertake projects as required, participating in planning and subsequent activity relating to new business initiatives.
  • Coordinate social club activities, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in generalist HR administration roles, demonstrating expertise in HRIS and Intranet systems.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Employment Legislation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Experience in HR metrics and reporting, providing actionable insights.
