Our organization is seeking a skilled Change Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing successful change plans, initiatives, and interventions.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who can manage the execution of change management plans within our Liquor Transformation & Strategy team. This includes activities related to project, program, or organizational change that supports the successful delivery of sustainable business outcomes.

  • Develop clear messaging to support the change vision and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leverage data insights and stakeholder input to identify opportunities and partner with internal teams to deliver targeted solutions.
  • Manage and embed effective documentation, reporting, and governance processes to ensure consistency and quality in the delivery of change activities.
About You and Your Skills

We're looking for a motivated and experienced professional with demonstrated expertise in change management. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (highly desirable)
  • The ability to assist various stakeholders to adopt new ways of thinking while showcasing your knowledge of applying change management concepts.
  • Proven ability to successfully multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex or ambiguous scenarios.
