Student Enrolments and Course Guidance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Student Enrolments and Course Guidance Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to prospective students and their employers in selecting the right course to meet their career goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to student enquiries from various channels and provide accurate and timely advice on course selection and enrolment.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for response times, conversion rates, and service quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of courses and qualifications to effectively match students with suitable options based on their goals and eligibility.
  • Process student enrolments accurately and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Axcelerate systems to manage leads and data efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive growth and support business-to-business (B2B) solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a call centre or lead management role, preferably in education or a regulated training organisation (RTO) setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, employers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to remain resilient under pressure and work independently as required.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce and Axcelerate an advantage.
  • Australian citizenship is mandatory, with a Defence security clearance also required for this role.
