Job Title:

Senior Service Desk Analyst

About the Role:Our IT Service Desk team seeks a skilled and proactive individual to fill a Senior Service Desk Analyst position at our Head Office in South Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced technical support for incidents and service requests
  • Serve as an escalation point ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring of team members
  • Manage high-priority incidents and participate in our Service Desk on-call group
  • Contribute to IT projects and initiatives that enhance Service Desk operations and support
  • Act as second-in-command to the IT Service Desk Team Leader

Requirements:
  • Australian working rights
  • Familiarity with common IT hardware, software, and applications used within a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management tools

Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or related fields
  • Relevant experience in healthcare industry
