**About the Role**

The Customer Strategy & Design (CSD) team is dedicated to grounding strategy in deep customer insights and using human-centered design to connect businesses with the people they serve.

As a Service Design Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals by developing product roadmaps, supporting project management activities, and collaborating with development teams to ensure UX design is properly implemented.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs, including prioritization of features
  • Support project management activities, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and communicating project status
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure UX design is properly implemented in the final product, including creating design specs and reviewing code

**Key Skills**

  • Problem-solving skills, identifying problems and developing logical solutions
  • Prioritization skills, comparing and ranking the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks
  • Creativity, generating multiple innovative/new/novel ideas to solve a problem
