Service Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Designer to help shape our members' digital and non-digital experiences.


The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design human-centred solutions that drive real impact.


Key responsibilities include uncovering insights through research and data, mapping current journeys, and co-designing future experiences that are business-smart.


The role involves running workshops, prototyping solutions, and advocating for member needs across the organisation.


As a Service Designer, you will help develop service design standards, track project progress, and bring ideas to life through storytelling and visualisation.


About You

You are a passionate service designer with around 2 years' experience, ideally in a consulting or corporate environment.


You have a strong grasp of human-centred design and design thinking, and can turn data and insights into meaningful solutions.


You are confident running user research, synthesising insights, and visualising ideas through journeys, blueprints, and prototypes.
