**Job Title:** Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a part-time role with a fixed schedule.

**About the Role:

As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients warmly, assisting with check-in procedures, and answering emails and phone calls promptly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Answer emails and phone calls promptly and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
  • Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
  • Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

  • Confidence Working Across Multiple Screens and Systems
  • Customer Service Experience in Fast Paced Environments
