**Let's talk about the role**:
Our Sales and Marketing Team is growing, and we're looking for a Growth Marketer based in Melbourne focused on top of the funnel growth and demand generation through innovatively layered product led and sales led tactics.
Reporting to the COO, you will be critical to our APAC and beyond growth inspired by product led growth and innovative lead generation strategies.
**The type of individual we're looking for will WANT to get out of bed to....**
- Experiment with finding amazing ways to acquire new customers.
- Build out a strategy and smash it to get results.
- Utilise ChatGPT, OpenAI, Zapier, Typeform and other tools to get results for the business.
- Work with our website and collateral to focus it on the points that get cut-through with our customers.
- Challenge yourself by starting off with a marketing budget of $0 and working out the growth hacks to get customers for little to no cost.
- Identify the channels that work best to acquire customers and doubling down on those.
- Use data to get results but also go with your gut where it makes sense
- Talk to real customers to gain insights on our competitive advantages and amplify the messaging to the right customers.
- Interact with all areas of our business for insights and opportunities, deal direct with our sales team, onboarders, product and development teams.
- Optimise, optimise, optimise.
- Live by a never ending quest to smash targets and blow out the metrics.
- Create product marketing contact that clearly showcases our key value proposition.
- Get sh*t done.
**What you Bring**:
- Proven experience in growth marketing roles.
- Experience driving value proposition through strategic marketing and sequencing.
- Have managed an end to end marketing function on an execution level. e.g. copy, design, editing, social media, CRM EDM sequencing/management.
- A determined attitude to succeed and get on the tools to do to get the results you seek.
- Proven track record of driving user activation, expansion, or retention through effective marketing programs and campaigns.
- A drive for innovation, and leveraging this innovation to drive scalable results.
- You're strategic and competitive.
- You love taking responsibility and accountability of your destiny.
- You seek connection and inspiration from others but are self motivated.
