Process Associate Role Overview

This critical position plays a vital part in delivering high-quality processes and training within our Service Delivery Team.

We are seeking an experienced Process Associate to oversee and maintain processes for the internal Service Delivery Team, enabling a strong capability, scale, consistency, and quality service offering to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review proposed new business rules, processes & procedures - ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and maintain training materials/FAQ sheets as required.
  • Coordinate regular reviews of procedures and policies to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support project delivery, including administration support, monitoring, and follow-ups with external parties.
  • Prepare and facilitate the delivery of materials, primarily around technical and product training, including induction programs for the Service Delivery Team.
Requirements:
  • You will need at least 5 years of experience within the Financial Services industry, preferably with both advice and asset management operational experience.
  • You will require extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • You will need strong expertise in Platforms and Process Management applications.
  • You will need a demonstrated track record of documenting and reviewing processes.
