Job Title: Delivery Expert

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Delivery Specialist.

The role involves efficiently picking and packing products, loading delivery vehicles, and completing local deliveries of high-quality goods. A key focus will be on providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely and courteous delivery services.

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and professionally
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
  • Perform timely and efficient local deliveries
  • Handle customer collections and maintain positive interactions
  • Verify invoices and ensure delivery accuracy
  • Maintain safe driving practices at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of delivery vehicle
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's licence (standard)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
  • Basic numeracy and ability to check and reconcile invoices
