Finance is a critical component of any successful business, and as a Finance Lead, you will be responsible for developing clear and scalable financial systems that support growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish financial reporting, forecasting, and monthly processes to ensure accurate data and actionable insights.
  2. Develop effective models for hiring, pricing, growth, and funding decisions to drive commercial success.
  3. Automate finance workflows using AI and modern tools to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Provide strategic insights on pricing, contracts, and partnerships to inform key business decisions.
  5. Manage accounting, tax, payroll, and external providers to maintain compliance and accuracy.
  6. Deliver sharp board reporting, investor updates, and manage audit processes to maintain transparency and trust.
  7. Ensure a clean and accurate cap table to support future growth and development.
