About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial systems and data, ensuring their accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Planning and Analysis in modernizing finance operations, streamlining processes, and enhancing data analytics capabilities.
  • Develop comprehensive financial dashboards and automate reporting processes using tools like Tableau, Looker, and IBM Planning Analytics & Alteryx.
  • Lead project delivery in key areas supporting the finance roadmap, including tm1 cube redesign, ERP system integration, and reporting automation.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline financial processes using RPA and AI tools.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in management financial reporting, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Familiarity with planning tools such as TM1 and ERP systems like JDE is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to tailor effective solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Experience in driving transformation initiatives involving multiple business functions.
  • Collaborative mindset to build partnerships with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project-management skills.
