Key to our success is a collaborative approach to employee development. We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to lead the transformation of our training approach across the business.

About this role

This newly created position will centralise our learning systems and streamline L&D processes to support a consistent and effective employee experience.

  • Undertake a comprehensive Training Needs Assessment across regions and farms, engaging with stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Assess current programs and identify capability gaps to develop and implement a phased, practical Learning and Development Roadmap aligned to our business goals

Main responsibilities include:

Key responsibilities

Upgrading training materials (such as work instructions and high-risk task videos), transitioning our learning platform from iLeader to a fit-for-purpose solution, creating accessible, engaging resources that support a diverse workforce — including non-English speakers and those with LLN needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll be an experienced Learning and Development professional with a practical, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for helping people grow.

What we're looking for

You'll be confident working independently while also collaborating across different teams and levels of the business.

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential
  • Experience in assessing learning needs, designing and delivering engaging training solutions, and supporting diverse learners - including those from non-English speaking backgrounds or with LLN needs

You bring initiative, sound judgement, and problem-solving skills; along with resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
