Key Responsibilities:

  • Work from the lobby area of the office building, alternating between time at the Concierge desk and roaming throughout the Lobby and building precinct to engage with tenants and visitors
  • Represent our brand alongside that of our Client, embodying the spirit of our values
  • Identify opportunities to innovate the customer experience through feedback analysis, tenant interactions, and trend identification
  • Maintain adherence to best practices, participate in CX training, and support quality assurance programs

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a customer/hospitality background
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer experience role
  • A genuine passion for people, creating memorable experiences, and leading premium service delivery
