Our Concierge Team covers concierge, valet, and car park roles, delivering 5-star customer experiences during the festive season. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services, providing convenient solutions to customers.
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs and providing helpful directions and advice.
  • Supporting the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments.

  • Be confident in providing customers assistance in a busy retail setting.
  • Be available for shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
