We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at the Dorsett Hotel in Gold Coast. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Front Office Manager in maintaining high standards of service and ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Manage and oversee the Concierge desk to ensure prompt responses to guest inquiries.
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Create a positive work environment that fosters team motivation and morale.
- 5-star hotel experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster.
- A current Australian open driver's license.
