Experience a career that is truly unique and meaningful with ASC, Australia's leading submarine company. As a Submarine Quality Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of our nuclear-powered submarines, driving quality and ensuring compliance with industry-leading standards.

The SSN AUKUS Build Program is a groundbreaking initiative that presents a rare opportunity to work on a pioneering project. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing clear goals and strategies to deliver strategic objectives, collaborating closely with the Joint Partner and Australian Submarine Agency (ASA).

To succeed in this position, you will require strong leadership skills, including experience in managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing quality management systems, and identifying and mitigating potential risks. Your expertise in Nuclear and/or SubSafe quality/certification systems, preferably in a shipyard or heavy engineering environment, is also essential.

This is a full-time opportunity based at our Osborne site in South Australia. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, up to 10 days additional leave per year, and generous parental leave. Relocation support is also available to help you and your family settle into life in Adelaide.
