About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to work on the SSN AUKUS Build Program, delivering a critical capability for Australia's national security. As Supplier Quality Assurance Manager, you will be part of the Business Enablement team, responsible for developing and implementing supplier quality assurance processes that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Your Key Responsibilities
">- You will lead the SQA team, driving performance and providing guidance across the program.
- You will develop and maintain supplier quality assurance process models and frameworks that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- You will identify and implement process improvements, enhancing quality and efficiency.
- You will ensure supplier quality assurance processes comply with relevant standards and regulations.
- You will facilitate collaboration between business units and ensure stakeholder needs are met.
- You will provide training and support to staff on supplier quality assurance processes and best practices.
- You will conduct regular reviews and updates of process models.
About You
">- You hold tertiary qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- You have certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or similar frameworks.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in supplier quality assurance or process management, preferably within the defence or manufacturing sectors.
- You have proven experience in developing and implementing supplier quality assurance processes and systems.
- You possess a strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Estimate Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
