The SSN AUKUS Quality Department is a key capability area within the program, responsible for providing world-class quality services for Nuclear Powered Submarine construction. As a seasoned Quality Manager, you'll ensure ASC's readiness and compliance with quality legislation and regulations, including SubSafe, ISO9001, ISO17025, and NATA/ARPANSA licensing.
This challenging role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in Quality Management and Leadership, preferably in submarine sustainment and/or shipbuilding. You'll lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations, develop and implement optimal operating models, and manage complex problem-solving initiatives.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $180,000 per annum, reflecting the program's complexity and your expertise. Enjoy flexibility over work hours, up to 10 days additional leave, and relocation support for you and your family.
