Senior Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Store Manager to join our team in our NEW Brisbane Mall store. As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring the efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
- Store Performance: Closely monitor store sales and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
- Wage Management: Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
- Employee Development: Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development, ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
- OH&S Management: Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.

Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.
- Attitude: A motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude.
- Leadership: A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
- Results-Oriented: A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets.
- Operational Excellence: Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
