About the Role

This opportunity is focused on providing high-quality cleaning services to Aged Care and NDIS clients in their own homes. As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to tailor your working hours to suit your lifestyle.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up large objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Cleaning restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
  • Disinfecting and sanitizing rooms and restrooms using bleach and other disinfectants.
  • Empties trashcans and replaces liners.
  • Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Transport dirty linens to the laundry room.
  • Restock rooms with clean linens.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Good English communication skills.
  • Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between client homes per shift.
  • Mobile phone with internet access.
  • Current police clearance.
  • An Australian Business Number (ABN).
  • A minimum of 12 months house cleaning experience.
  • Triple COVID-19 vaccination preferred.
  • Availability to work 3-5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
