This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our NSW Home Care team as a Support Worker. You will work on a permanent part-time basis, providing assistance to elderly clients living at home through the promotion of independence and choice.

About the Role
  • Assist clients with domestic duties, household chores, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Provide transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings
  • Offer respite support to carers, allowing them to take a break

You will be required to maintain compliance with standards and adhere to organisational policies and procedures while promoting the core values of Anglicare.

Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Support Worker in Home Care or Disability is desirable
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community) is preferred
  • Must have a valid NSW Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Current accredited First Aid and CPR certificate is essential
