This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. As an Aged Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients, promoting their dignity, life, and spirituality.

You will work collaboratively with our clinical team members to ensure that care plans are followed, and maintain accurate documentation to optimize our residents' health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with day-to-day tasks, including eating, social activities, and mobility
  • Work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
