Job Overview

We are seeking passionate and experienced Assistant Nurses to join our team on a full-time, part-time, and casual basis. Successful candidates must be available for day and night shifts.

This role is based at Baulkham Hills.

As an Assistant Nurse at SummitCare, you will report directly to the Manager Care and Wellbeing and the Registered Nurse for resident care areas within the centre.

You will be responsible for ensuring the daily individual care needs of residents are met and maintained under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.

You will also participate in continuous quality improvement activities and ongoing education programs to ensure that all aspects of resident care align with the organisation's mission, vision, and operating principles.

Requirements

Certificate III / IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification

Current Criminal Record Check

Proven experience working in Aged Care

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum
