Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director to join our dynamic leadership team at Goodstart Brisbane, Ann Street. As a key member of our centre's leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and services we offer to children and families.



About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early learning professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our centre. As Assistant Director, you will work closely with our Centre Director to support the development of our educators, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.


Requirements:




  • Proven experience in early learning and leadership roles.
  • Strong ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Centre Director and other key stakeholders.
