**Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team and take the next step in their career towards becoming an HR Business Partner. This role will allow you to leverage your HR and industrial relations expertise to make a significant impact across our diverse organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior leaders across multiple sites in SA and WA (regular travel required)
  • Lead industrial relations matters and enterprise agreement negotiations
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to improve organisational effectiveness
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and annual cyclical activities

**Requirements**

  • Senior HR Advisor experience with a strong generalist background
  • Proven track record in handling industrial relations matters, particularly in blue-collar environments
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and enterprise agreement interpretation
  • Experience in coaching and developing leaders at various levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend strategic HR solutions
