We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Engagement Coordinator.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships and promoting growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, developing customer schedules, conducting risk assessments, collaborating with other team members, and ensuring quality assurance and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, strong people skills, and the ability to build effective relationships. You will be professional, hardworking, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential customers and clients, maintaining these relationships
  • Develop customer schedules of support, budgets, and costings
  • Conduct risk assessments and WH&S assessments and maintenance
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure delivery is met
  • Develop ongoing marketing and sales strategies
  • Attend expos and events to promote NNA Direct Support Service
  • Ensure quality assurance and improvement
  • Participate in the on-call roster and travel when required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing environments
