Job Description:
- The primary function is to support the Agri & Commercial Relationship Manager in providing brokerage services to clients with their agri and commercial finance requirements.
- This role involves cross referrals and direct servicing of clients' deposit needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a deep understanding of agri & commercial finance products and industry
- Cultivating effective working relationships with diverse teams, roles, and levels of management within the Elders network
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exhibiting strong influencing skills
- Maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable
- Accreditation with Elders Savings and Deposits Partner is essential
Requirements:
- A solid understanding of agri & commercial finance products and industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Elders network, diverse teams, roles, and levels of management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and influencing skills
