Agricultural Business Growth Manager is responsible for driving business growth across the agricultural sector.
This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets, building relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, and marketing, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
- Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct market research and gather intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain local marketing materials in synergy with company guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised as well as within a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of grain industry sampling, testing & industry standards advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet set deadlines
- Excellent organization skills including ability to prioritize tasks
- Pro-active, 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel regularly interstate and occasionally overseas
