Environmental Research Associate Analyst

Contribute to the development of innovative ESG solutions and participate in research projects that shape the future of environmental sustainability.

As an Environmental Research Associate Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and assessing environmental risks and opportunities for our clients. You will work closely with senior analysts to develop and implement ESG strategies and contribute to the creation of high-quality research reports.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting research on ESG issues affecting companies and industries;
  • Collaborate with senior analysts to develop ESG strategies and recommendations;
  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality research reports and presentations;
  • Maintain industry databases and conduct company analysis;
  • Build relationships with key industry participants and stakeholders;
  • Develop and maintain expertise in ESG trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in equity research, investment management, or sustainability;
  • Strong numerical and financial modeling skills and knowledge of financial concepts;
  • Degree educated in accounting, finance, economics, or social science;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Completed or pursuing CA or CFA qualifications is advantageous.
