HR Business Partner

As a key player in our National People and Culture team, you will be responsible for providing business partnership with people leaders, managing end-to-end HR advice and services to assigned portfolios, and collaborating with Group Payroll on payroll-related matters.
Key areas of focus include:
- Managing employee relations
- Providing HR support and guidance
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management, a minimum of 3 years' experience working within a similar environment, and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Additionally, they should possess analytical skills to resolve complex HR issues and be able to travel between locations as required.
