At WorkWave, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses operate. As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth from our Tier 1 clients within the APAC region. You'll work closely with the APAC Head of Growth to formulate and execute sales strategies, owning your clients in the Tier 1 space for our workforce management and field service solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline that drives revenue growth
  • Collaborate with clients to create high-quality opportunities that meet their needs
  • Closely work with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction and growth
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
What You'll Bring:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS sales role
  • A proven ability to drive revenue growth and over-achieve targets using a sales methodology
  • Strong mid-market and enterprise technical sales experience with the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to chair meetings and execute high-quality presentations
