Training Operations Administrator Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will be working on a temporary assignment in an office environment. The role involves providing administrative support to the training operations team, focusing on creating and managing the annual training calendar.

  • Data entry and record management using various business systems
  • Reporting to supervisors and managers on competence due dates of their teams
  • Coordination of timetables for training facilities use
  • Supporting training coordinators, trainers/assessors, and other learning and development roles in the operation of the organization's L&D function

This role requires excellent communication and computer skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and maintain a positive disposition. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to operate office equipment proficiently.
