Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional who has experience in learning management systems and is passionate about delivering exceptional training services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the training team, coordinating the learning management system, and maintaining accurate records of training completion. If you have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, and are proficient in MS Office, this could be the ideal role for you.

About the Role

This role involves coordinating the Learning Management System 'LMS' by utilizing its full capacity, including tasks such as online and instructor-led course modules and curriculum creation, creating and maintaining training completion reports, and maintaining the course events calendar.

The successful candidate will also maintain all training records and relevant training information, assist the training team with additional administrative support, and perform other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Learning Management System to ensure seamless delivery of training programs
  • Maintain accurate records of training completion and progress
  • Provide administrative support to the training team
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources
  • Maintain the course events calendar

Requirements
