Job Title: Training Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Training Program Coordinator to join our People Development team. The role will provide frontline support to the delivery of global learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Learning, People Development, HR, and business colleagues to plan and deploy learning programs seamlessly
  • Coordinate and schedule courses, including logistical details such as venue bookings, equipment, catering, and/or online technology requirements
  • Schedule internal and external facilitators
  • Track attendance and maintain employee training records and data entry
  • Coordinate invitations, registration, and training calendars following approval guidelines
  • Administer training evaluations and provide reports of training delivered
  • Run reports to review and reconcile data, including recurring and ad-hoc reports
  • Maintain employee-facing communication channels (SharePoint, Bulletins, Newsletters)
  • Undertake various other training-related projects and tasks to improve practice
  • Support the design of learning materials and/or learning modules

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. HR, Corporate learning, Education)
  • Experience in either HR Coordination or supporting a Corporate Learning Function
  • Strong administrative foundations in Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Excel
  • Experience with SharePoint preferred
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and coordination skills, allowing you to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service
