Email Direct Marketing Senior Manager

This role is a key contributor to the development and execution of enterprise-wide email and direct marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will lead lifecycle marketing programs tailored to key audience segments, ensuring every communication is purposeful data driven, and aligned with business objectives.
The individual in this role will oversee the planning, creation and execution of email and direct mail campaigns, newsletters and automated flows.
It's crucial to have a test-and-learn mindset, ensuring journeys are optimised and every interaction delivers impact.
Direct communication best practices will be championed and compliance with industry and regulatory standards will be ensured.
Additionally, this role will contribute to martech strategy development, stakeholder engagement, process and governance frameworks across the marketing team.
