Responsibilities">

You will have the chance to combine project management, learning and development, instructional design, and implementation and configuration of the Digital Adoption Platform.

Leading the end-to-end implementation across enterprise systems and designing in-app support features are key responsibilities.

Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and security policies is also a priority.

You will embed training at the point of need, reducing reliance on traditional classroom or eLearning formats.

Maintaining instructional design artefacts, aligning DAP content with policies and compliance initiatives, and monitoring platform analytics are also part of the role.

Requirements">

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position supporting a large Program of work.

Demonstrated experience and expertise with Digital Adoption Platform implementation, ability to think creatively, and strong content development skills are required.

Understanding of adult learning principles, learning methodologies such as ADDIE, 70/20/10, and familiarity with setting up tags for user behaviour analytics are essential.
