Appointment Coordinator Role
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our national sales appointments. Your main responsibility will be to action reschedules and cancellations, communicate with our sales team and customers, and support sales campaigns across multiple offices.
In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will work closely with our sales managers, specialists, and lead generators to ensure that appointments are allocated fairly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing sales campaigns, communicating with our solar specialists and lead generators, and liaising with our Salesforce product owner to resolve any platform issues.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Actioning appointment cancellations, reschedules, and queries received from our sales team and customers
- Communicating with our solar specialists and lead generators regarding their daily schedules and leads
- Speaking directly with customers to minimize cancellations and organize reschedules for face-to-face appointments
- Setting up and managing sales campaigns across 20+ offices
- Liaising with our Salesforce IT team to resolve any platform issues experienced by our specialists
- Managing, assigning, and fairly dispatching appointments to our solar specialists and business development managers
- Working with our sales managers and operations team to onboard new specialists
Requirements:
- Experience using Google Workspace or MS Office
- Customer service or administration background
- Ability to work unsupervised at a fast pace
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptable to change and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce experience
- Scheduling experience
- Previous sales experience (not essential)
