**Smart Energy** is a leading national home electrification company specialising in the installation of solar systems, batteries, and hot water heat pumps for the Australian residential market. Our mission is to empower homeowners to embrace renewable energy by making it easy for them to do so and helping them save money. You'll take charge of daily schedules, assign appointments fairly, and collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams to seamlessly onboard new Specialists. You'll also liaise with our Salesforce Product Owner to flag and resolve any platform hiccups that arise.

If you're organised, quick-thinking, and thrive on juggling multiple moving parts, all while working with a variety of personalities, this is your kind of role.

**Day to Day, you'll be**:

- Communicating with our Solar Specialists and lead generators nationwide with their daily schedules and leads.
- Speaking directly with customers to minimise cancellations and organise reschedules for Face to Face appointments.
- Setting up and managing sales campaigns over 20 offices nationwide
- Communicating with the Salesforce IT team about issues that our Specialists are experiencing with the platform
- Managing, assigning and fairly dispatching appointments to our Solar Specialists and Business Development Managers
- Working with the Sales Managers and our Operations team to manage the onboarding of new Specialists
- Working with different personalities and management styles

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office
- Customer service or administration background
- The ability to work unsupervised at a fast pace
- The ability to multitask
- Strong organisational skills
- Adaptable to change and diffusing conflict

**Bonus points**:

- Salesforce experience (MEGA bonus)
- Scheduling experience
- Sales experienced preferred but not essential

This is a full-time, casual position based in our vibrant Byron Bay office, ideal for someone organised, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within a fun and fast-paced environment.
