Business Development Manager for Corporate Banking
About the Role:
This is a leadership position that oversees a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional clients, aiming to build strong relationships and drive business growth through effective credit structuring and financial analysis.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create and execute customized business plans to meet client needs and optimize portfolio performance.
- Originate new credit proposals and restructure existing facilities to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Relationship Management within Banking or Financial Services.
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate and institutional lending products, credit risk management, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with AML/CTF and KYC requirements for large corporate clients, as well as relevant regulatory frameworks.
This role demands a high level of accountability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
