Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to support strategic initiatives as a trusted advisor in corporate banking business management.

In this capacity, you will play a crucial part in optimizing business performance by supporting key initiatives and collaborating with regional and global teams. You will also be responsible for preparing business reviews, assisting with governance, process optimizations, and administrative tasks.

You will work closely with functional partners across the firm, including Business Managers, Product Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Business Control, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of business initiatives working closely with local and regional teams.
  • Provide high-level responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
  • Organize complex information strategically, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and facilitate next steps.
  • Identify key business risks on the platform and partner with product and controls office to remediate risk and controls issues.
  • Provide financial and business data in support of regulatory requests.
  • Prepare materials for town halls employee recognition and strategy working sessions.
  • Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites.
  • Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field with prior experience in Business Management or COO role.
  • Proven experience delivering timely high-quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and leading the agenda.
  • Ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritize or adapt with rapidly changing and sometimes conflicting demands.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, professional maturity, and a high level of integrity.
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence.
  • Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel & PowerPoint).
