Job Title: Asset Control Professional

This key role is pivotal to operational success, supporting multiple facets including asset and inventory management.

The professional analyses and manages physical assets and inventory data, ensuring accuracy of records, optimising asset utilisation and providing insights for decision-making processes.

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of assets and inventory levels, conduct regular audits and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Track, update and monitor lifecycle of assets, inventory and consumables within the CMDB.
  • Generate and analyse inventory and asset reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Analyse data using statistical techniques in aid of decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with departments to align inventory levels with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in inventory analysis or a related field.
  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Service Now Assets and Inventory Management.
  • ISO IEC 20000 Foundation (desirable).
  • Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Inventory Management Professional (CIMP).
