Asset Compliance Leader

Transforming businesses through technology requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and optimisation of our software and hardware asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately maintain an inventory of all end user computing (EUC) hardware assets across regions.
  • Develop and implement lifecycle tracking processes for procurement, deployment, transfers, repairs, and disposal.
  • Manage reporting and insights into hardware health, age, operating system, and usage.
  • Lead initiatives to right-size hardware fleets and promote standardisation.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with policies around encryption, security controls, and endpoint management.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant software license inventory across our managed products.
  • Monitor entitlements, allocations, renewals, and usage across key platforms.
  • Collaborate with vendors and procurement teams to optimise licensing costs and maintain compliance.
  • Provide regular reports on license utilisation, shelfware, and renewal timelines.
  • Partner with platform owners and product leads to validate licensing needs and strategic changes.
  • Own compliance reporting for EUC and software assets.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs for asset lifecycle performance, device currency, license utilisation, and audit readiness.
  • Establish and uphold policies for asset issuance, reharvesting, return, and disposal.
  • Contribute to enterprise risk and compliance reporting as it relates to our assets.
  • Manage or influence tooling to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Drive automation opportunities in asset lifecycle and compliance management.
  • Collaborate with Service Management for alignment on ITSM processes.
