Student Placement Specialist

Job Description

This role focuses on providing expert support to international students, helping them find suitable institutions and courses that align with their learning goals and career aspirations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving student placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to meet students' needs, ensuring their academic and professional goals are met.
  • Respond to follow-up leads and students' enquiries in a timely manner, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
  • Manage lead enquiries professionally, responding promptly to client's enquiries and addressing any concerns efficiently.
  • Promote other relevant services such as visa assistance, professional year programs, and health insurance options.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve individual student placement targets, ensuring seamless integration of services.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required by the business, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge of all courses and programs offered by various institutes and universities, ensuring expert advice is provided to clients.

This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving student placements, promoting our services, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders.
