We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Placement Advisor, where your expertise will directly impact student placement experiences across various academic disciplines.
This role demands someone who can navigate complex deadlines, shifting priorities, and occasionally incomplete information—all while maintaining composure, professionalism, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate effectively with the Placement team and academic areas to support student placements.
- Provide administrative guidance to faculty staff, industry partners, and students regarding placement requirements, expectations, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of placement activities on InPlace and other systems, including compliance status, placement site information, and participation.
- Liaise diplomatically with diverse stakeholders to ensure consistent and current communication of WIL policies and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement of WIL processes through active participation in planning and review cycles.
You bring strong customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and a knack for building relationships—even in complex or ambiguous situations. Your attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and collegial approach make you a trusted team member and a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
