About the Role
  • Coordinate learning and engagement programs for Firefighting Services, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive training schedules, build strong relationships, and drive compliance.
  • Analyse data and stakeholder feedback to inform program enhancements, address learning needs, and optimise effectiveness.
  • Manage training documentation, invoicing processes, and organisational policies, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
About You
  • A results-driven professional with a passion for learning and development, possessing excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Prior experience in emergency response environments is highly regarded.
  • Relevant qualifications in business administration, training, or equivalent experience are advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI is essential.

Australian Citizenship and eligibility for Defence Security Clearance are mandatory requirements for this position.
