We're excited to launch a brand-new role for a Training and Capability Specialist. As a key member of Kinetic's national People & Safety team, and reporting to the Head of Capability & Training, you'll use your expertise to help drive a business-wide uplift in capability. You'll design, develop, and deliver programs that grow our people and strengthen our culture.

OverviewWe're excited to create a new role focused on training and capability development to uplift organisational capability, performance, and the employee experience.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, maintain, and deliver impactful learning solutions for a diverse workforce, using a variety of delivery modes.
- Partner with business leaders and the People & Safety team to create programs aligned with Kinetic's principles and values.
- Shape and deliver bespoke programs that support organisational capability, performance, and the employee experience.
- Track and report on the success of diversity initiatives that help reflect the communities we serve.
- Cert IV in Training Assessment
- Bachelor's degree in organisational development, human resources, training business or a related field.
- Experience in organisational development and training across a diverse workforce
- Commitment to improving diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create learning material relevant to a wide audience
